“Our landlord wants to sell the land we use for our foundation events and outreach. I told him that I couldn't promise funds to be able to buy it, but with God's grace & mercy, we can if God paves the way for us to acquire it.” He is selling it at 18,000,000 ($4,700).”
ABOUT THE LAND
“We have agriculture as our main activity and we sponsor 4 children from the money we get after selling the harvest and the other part goes to helping out in the other organization activities. Activities like buying feed for the pigs, seeds to plant next season, transportation, financing for counseling, and funds toward the child protection program.”
PLANS FOR THE LAND
"The land is 2 acres. On this land, we have a farm for the pigs and other animals and grow crops. We also construct organization offices and carry out various activities on the same land for the foundation."
Hope empowerment foundation- Uganda works with women, girls, and needy children to improve and empower their life economically through agriculture, spiritually through bible teaching, and physically by fighting for their rights and knowing their rights. Asha's sister is in charge of this foundation, and the funds rasied are going to be given to the foundation for them to buy the land.
